I'm giving SMMA another shot. Here's how i'm going to be succesful.

SMMA is one of the best ways to make a great amount of money on the internet and even a full time income. The whole business model is creating ad campaigns, social media strategy or social media management for business owners whom you’re trying to get more customers.

I have already failed SMMA on 2 different occasions. But I know what mistakes I made, and after talking it out with myself and others, i’m giving SMMA another shot. This time with a little twist on it:

Heavy reliance on cold calls

First time I tried out SMMA i’d be blasting out 100 cold emails manually per day. I wasted so much time doing this, if you can’t afford an automatic cold email sender which sends out 1000 emails per day, don’t do cold email.

On the other hand, cold calls were a completely different story. I had a pretty good booked in meeting rate 1/8 cold calls. I didn’t close any clients though, because of my lack of case studies.

This time we’re changing things up a little bit.

As an outreach method, we already know cold calls are king.

All we need is more leverage, perhaps better sales skills to start getting deals through the door.

That’s where the second step comes in:

Freelancers to deliver the service

This is the main change we will be implementing. We will not ne the ones who fulfill the services.

Why?

I myself still have no case studies, no testimonials, no leverage. But a freelancer with years of experience and results, he has.

We can use his testimonials for our leverage.

Content on social media

Shooting and editing videos is one of things I have pretty good expertise in.

I know my market.

I know my audience.

We will use social media to build our brand up and get even more clients that way, which will perfectly compliment the agency business model ran on cold calls.

If we implement all these steps succesfully, we’ll have the best agency around.
